Asking skills assessment documentation

Hello sir

Sir in my case Im running my own business Medical store since 2018, I have Drug Sale license dated 4 May 2018, and purchase invoice from medicine suppliers company, problem is that, register in FBR in November 2022 and open business account in 2023

Can vetassess approve my case on these documents just Drug Sale license and purchase invoice from medicine suppliers company, please guide

My personal account open in 2019

Address same as my business address can it spot in assessment??
