One of the first things I ask of the Visionary Entrepreneurs I work with when they tell me of their ambitions is "Is it worth getting uncomfortable for?"
In other words, how bad do they want it?
I'm not only asking what they are willing to do, but what are they willing to question when it comes to what they think or believe is possible?
To what degree are they willing to push past their own self-imposed boundaries?
Right now...what do you want to create, to grow, to scale?
How uncomfortable are you willing to get in order to do it?
What's a HARD NO? (Hint: This will always give you clues about the expansion that lies beyond it.)
A good solid WHY behind what you want and why you think you want it is going to come into high contrast here.
Visionary Entrepreneurs aren't here for instant gratification or shortcuts.
There's an inherent knowing that they're playing the long game, that what they're building pokes the bear of convention and goes against the grain, and has the potential to dissolve old, tired, outmoded systems and structures in order to pave the way for new ones to take hold.
They know this takes some patience and a willingness to keep attention FIXED on the preferred outcome and nothing else and it feels crazy and slightly delusional until it doesn't.
Not for the faint of heart. Not for those without a big, bold vision.
Not for those with fleeting attention spans.
And the most successful of that lot who embody the mental fortitude and emotional resilience it takes to see something through the long haul know that the vision has got to be bigger than them.
That vision contributes in some way to leaving the world a better place than they found it.
They know that their unconventional nature and authentic ability to bob and weave through the slings and arrows of the naysaying normies without losing sight of the bold vision is a GIFT-- not just for their benefit, but for the benefit of birthing something new and fresh that benefits the lives of many, many people and leaves a legacy of light and service to LIFE in its wake.
This comes easily when you take the holistic view of life-- that nature is not in competition with anything. It doesn't compare itself to anything.
So, why would you as part of that nature, resist against that?
Nature is collaborative and is an open system.
By grand cosmic design, nature cooperates with the flow of all life.
Why should you or your life's work be any different?
When you apply this practically to your life and life's work, it uncomplicates things very quickly.
Without any filters in place, keeping you in any kind of holding pattern, the vision you hold becomes even more clear, more real, and with that much more feeling behind it, building up fuel reserves that you need when you feel the urge to doubt yourself or when you start listening to 'the good authority' of others who don't have the kind of skin in the game that you do.
I don't believe that anyone in this group is here for mediocrity.
I hope this message today brings you the spark of momentum you need to go and be f**king great today.
