Defining a Community
I am working with the Founding members of my coaching community to powerfully define the community they want to create.
One of the members shared a perspective i thought is relevant for leaders in this group.
"a community where questions are encouraged and embraced, people are TRULY able to be their authentic selves, and while no one is SELLING, people GIVE freely of their time, their voice, their beliefs, and share both their successes and their lessons learned."
As I reflected on this vision, it does relate to the line Sam is trying to walk (perhaps inconsistently) with the Games group.
Is this kind of community even possible?
SGL isn't that kind of community and that was clearly defined before joining.
T&C group is the closest fit I've seen but I'm not doing much looking around at others groups.
Thoughts?
