Whats your biggest challenge?
Right now the biggest issue in my agency is turnover.
Clients leave almost like clockwork after 3 month.
Im not 100% sure how to fix it but i think its coming down to onboarding and setting expectations.
So im fixing that.
Adding a 2nd onboard call, and making sure i set expecations better
i think the problem iv had, is that in order to sell you almsot have to over promise.
then when its sold, you have to slow it down.
weird place to be.
Anyone else struggle with retention?
