Seeking Unified Inbox Solution in GHL
Hello everyone,
I recently transitioned from using Zoho CRM, Zoho Teams Inbox, and other Zoho apps to GoHighLevel (GHL). One of the key features we relied on was the Zoho Teams Inbox, which allowed us to manage and view replies from multiple email IDs in a single place.
We have approximately 28 email IDs, and we are looking to replicate this functionality within the GHL conversation module. Specifically, we want to consolidate all email replies into one centralized location in GHL.
Is there a way to achieve this in GHL?
