🎉Good news 🎉 I've got a happy client (entering 2nd month on the system) with over 20 users, and it's both my largest client yet, AND my ideal avatar for future clients.
🛟 🆘 HERE'S WHERE I NEED HELP:
- How to price my Saas: I know I should copy my competitors (three options, additional up-charges for number of users, features, number of contacts, etc.). Anyone have this done already, and I can throw you some cash? I don't want to spend 20 hours figuring this out–I'd rather spend 1 hour with you and hammer this out...
- Service Agreement / End User Agreement: I'm engaging with large institutions and need to make sure I'm covering my ass and theirs with good legal paper in place. Can anyone advise me on best practices? What can we use from GHL, and what gaps do I need to fill in with a lawyer?
- Organizing GHL (or any CRM) for high user clients: Client wants to go organization-wide with my Saas–from a 19 person pilot to a 150 person adoption. I'm already seeing limits to GHLs CRM customization capabilities. Anyone have experience setting accounts up for multiple teams within an organization?
