Question about Missed Call Text back and SMS campaigns
I am new to using GHL but wanted to get some clarity on something. If a client decides to move forward with my email/SMS marketing services and has an existing number, how can I set up missed call text back for that number? I was under the impression I had to purchase a new number from LeadConnector, or is that just for SMS campaigns?
Secondary question, when setting up new SMS campaigns, are you guys porting existing numbers to the platform or using new numbers specifically for these campaigns and not tying in the business' main number to that?
IF you do port, how has that experience been? Are some clients reluctant to move their number over to Twilio and go through that whole long process?
