Niches with biggest databases of leads?

I'm currently trying to find a niche that I can just stick with and I think I've found an amazing offer. Is there any big differences in niches when it comes to their database of leads? Would love to hear if anyone knows the ones with the biggest databases? Currently looking at HVAC! Would love to hear your opinion as well
