I just signed a new client...
Is there a way that you can turn off just normal social messages from a clients socials that are connected to FB and IG in the GHL crm. That way I only get leads from ad campaigns? TIA

Not sure about just normalnmessages - you can disconnect them, ad campaign should still function if you're getting them to visit an ext3rnal link Opt in, which you can pull via a webhook w zapier etc.
Or you can add some tag to every lead that's coming in via ad campaign, then filter contacts to view that way,
Think you just need to get creative!

I believe you can by disconnecting their socials from GHL, but not something I'd recommend. I'd keep all channels open so people can communicate when they want from where they want. But I imagine you have a reason for this. Is that right?

Thanks, yes she told me that some of them are just personal and she doesn’t want the messages involved and in the crm. But she wants the account connected to be able to post short form content through the marketing tab.

Oh, got it. Well I guess all you can do is just let her know the benefits and then let her choose, but she could be missing out.
