So how can I get notified when my clients leads are responding to ( Ashley ) I get notified when they get a lead but I want to be notified when communication starts ??
maybe you can add the same tag after each sms is sent out in the lead nurturing workflow after the if/else to contact replied
and do this in every workflow, and then make a separate workflow with 'tag added = tag chosen' then internal notification sent to user email or location email
