Email Based DR
If you're trying to run DR, but you only have a list of emails, and no mobile numbers... well then first of all we need to take a moment of silence together for the loss... ... ...
And moving forward, you need to make sure you're collecting clean mobile phone numbers as you're generating leads so you can take advantage of the communication channel that's roughly 99million times more effective for conversational appt booking.
Now, to reach out to all the leads on your email list, there's quite a few ways to do it, but right now the main and most simple way we recommend is MyMailGenius. MMG is an add-on for GHL that allows you to skip Mailgun/SMTP setup and quickly integrate your GHL with any major email provider for easier email automation.

The main drawback of this system is that you're held back to the deliverability restrictions in place by the provider. For instance, we've seen a pattern that gmail starts experiencing deliverability issues at around 100-150 sends in a single day. We're not email deliverability experts so we don't know everything under the sun about that (we do hope to partner with an expert very soon though), you'll need to do your own research and take responsibility over your own deliverability for email.
Anyway, once that's done, you'll need to go through your campaigns and copy/paste SMS verbiage into Email workflow steps, and/or customize your email verbiage further if desired.
I recommend not trying to actually conduct the same lead nurturing process over email as you would over SMS, though there's no technical reason not to--people just don't tend to have quick conversations over email.
If you're looking for guidance on how to get email leads into a sales process, here are a few ideas:
  1. A landing page linked in the offer message that invites leads to re-opt in to receive an offer, this time gathering their mobile number and getting them into an SMS workflow, treating them like a normal inbound lead at that point.
  1. A CTA inviting them to respond with their best phone number, which you then update their contact profile with and fire a new lead nurturing campaign to them manually.
  1. A CTA inviting them to text you at your twilio number to receive the offer, then merging the new SMS contact in with the original contact who has the email.
