LLC money transfer
My father stays in India and he owns a single member LLC in USA, state of Wyoming running Amazon FBA business. The LLC was opened in the month of February 2024 and still is not making any money or transaction . I stay in USA and a resident
I would like to help him start the business by contributing some money. Are there any tax implications due to this and is there anything I need to take care of before transferring funds from my personal bank account to my father LLC bank account.
I have already transferred $500 when he opened Mercury Bank, could you please suggest if this was a blunder or if it can be corrected thank you.
