[Updated] BOI report NOT required now for NSBA members! - likely to be overruled

Here is a win for NSBA members; they won a lawsuit against the CTA, and now their members do not need to file a BOI report! Will other organizations follow along and file a lawsuit?

Updated: From a top attorney: According to the decision, if you are member of NSBA, then you don’t have to file BOIR at present. However, once the case runs the appeal process, and it will probably go to Supreme Court, this lower court decision will likely be overturned. Thus, it is probably at best only a delay to filing BOIR, unless miraculously the CTA is found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, which I think is highly unlikely.
