Knowing When to Walk Away
Backstory: I had a quick 10-minute call with a seller—solid icebreakers but not enough time to build deep rapport. Before we got off the call, he asked for info about my company.
I don’t have a website, so I held my frame and let it go. He wasn’t highly motivated, and I already have two properties under contract—neither seller asked for company info.
I get why some sellers are skeptical, but I’m learning and open to better ways to handle this.
Curious— how do you handle it?
