Hi everyone, happy to be a part of an amazing group! I am based in NYC. I work at an RIA roll up. I also am an investor/startup advisor. Looking forward to connecting with you all and I am always up for meeting in-person.

- Tech/software startups with revenue between $5 million and $30 million
- Target company has raised venture capital but are struggling to grow into valuation
- Target company growing roughly 10% to 30%.
- Target company is seeking a new owner who understands their strategic direction.
- Target Company do not necessarily need to be profitable but should have growth potential as they transition away from the venture funding model.
