Most coaches and healers that struggle have a mindset problem, not a marketing and sales problem
It is so easy to go into YouTube or ChatGPT to learn the basic techniques to launch and scale a coaching business.
So if the information is out there, why most coaches fail?
Only in this last two weeks I spoke to several coaches that had been struggling for many years without NO SALES.
0… nada… in years?
That sounds crazy right?
But how can that be? If we see so many coaches making millions?
lol….
That is one of the many problems.
Most coaches are not making any money.
I have been a mindset coach for 15 years and am entrepreneur for 27 years.
I struggle for 13 of those 27 years, not making any money.
I had tried many different external things but nothing seemed to work.
When I started understanding how my mind was keeping me stuck, I was able to build a very successful business, and then I started another one that has made 6 figures and growing.
I have talked to thousands of coaches barely making money, and I have doing research to understand why.
I volunteered to participate as a mindset coach in many coaching programs that taught coaches how to launch and scale their business.
I started to gather info to understand what is going on.
This is what I found out.
Most programs showcase the 1-5% of the people making money, while the rest +95% are not making any money.
Most coaches are stuck because of their mindset, not because of anything else.
Most of people’s mind has been programmed to stay safe, not to move into the fear zone.
Even though a lot of people say they are ok with fear, most are not.
If you know what you have to do, but are not doing it, it is not marketing or sales techniques that will get you going.
It is mindset….
Our mind will use past negative experience to imagine future negative possibilities and will keep you stuck from moving forward.
I have worked with many coaches that were stuck making no money, but opened up to exploring their mind and belief system, that went from 0 to 5, 8 or 10k.
It didn’t happen overnight… but for those who really put the work in, started seeing big changes.
It is not an easy path, that is why most coaches put all their time and money on marketing and sales tactics.
But again, look what I have learn in all these years, and this is what helped me and hundreds of entrepreneurs I have helped.
Marketing = self image
Most people have negative self images, and MOST of them are not even aware of it.
So they are scared of getting out there because of this.
How does this look like? Not posting, not going live, not speaking to people, nobody knowing about them, talking to 2-3 people a day, thinking that that is enough.
Sales = rejection
It could be direct or indirect.
Lots of people out there cannot handle rejection.
How does this look like?
Not booking any calls, not making any offers, or making offers and not closing one person.
People can still feel your “energy” on calls, if you are doubting yourself, they will feel that.
The last one is money.
Yes, the relationship with money that you are not even aware of.
The preprogrammed / conditioning around money you might not even be aware of.
I have worked with most of coaches that told me they had no problems with money, and we went into the subconscious mind, they found MANY negative programs around money.
If you want to win a 50k race you go out and run as much as your body can take it… you train your muscles…
You don’t spend hours watching videos on how to run, plan the race, you run it.
Your mind is your most important tool, how are you training it to work for you instead of against you.
If you want to scale your business, and have been stuck, start working on your mindset…
And I am not saying that fake positivity or visualization.
First explore the subconscious mind to understand how it is working, and start working ok training it to do what needs to be done.
Want to have a successful business, understand yourself, train your mind, and your chances will increment exponentially.
