馃ぉ Hey y'all! I'm Christie, aka 'Cold Pressed Christie', a juicing & raw vegan fanatic from North Carolina. I鈥檓 43 years old, have been vegan for over 6 yrs, & raw vegan for over 4 yrs.
I'm a health coach in the vegan niche specializing in natural holistic health, healing, cleansing, & rebuilding with a focus on juicing & raw living foods.
My passion is to help people via the internet feel better & live healthier lives by making small changes that add up big time starting right where they are, focusing on reaching personal goals in all areas of their life to achieve the level of health they desire.
