So in other sports there are seasons. During the off season, athletes take the time to rest up and let their bodies heal. They analyze their matches, enter off season training phase, ramp up to season start phase etc.
Do you think this could benefit arm wrestling? With the demands of training, competing, work, family, and social life, we might not always have enough time to let our bodies properly respond to the stimulus.
