So I’m 85 currently and i were 99 lost nearly 20 and gained some again , and ive been training for past 1yrs and still couldn’t see some results , so I thought this session might help , so something will worth paying 200 penny , and actually it worth more then that , had some basic idea about how calories works and how to manage for fat loss and muscle gain , its really super then a plate of biriyani 😂 thanks to tharun and team , also the real challenge is archiving nearly 160-180 gms of protein/day and need some clarification on that, its good to attend your wonderful session, spent 3 hr which is worth it
