If writing emails feels like drinking a giant hairy cactus in a mojito (actual words I’ve heard),
Here’s how myself and my team create unlimited emails from already-written sales pages.
Tell ChatGPT 4 (yes, 4 gets better results):
“ > Analyze this sales page for information, tone of voice, customer desires, and customer problems. *Then paste the entire sales page copy in the command* “
Once it’s done…tell it:
“ > Create a marketing email based off of this information. *Paste a copy bullet/product benefit/bound/whatever the hell you want in the command* “
You can add other parameters like:
“Shorten to 300 words.”
“No emojis.”
“Blend sales page’s tone of voice with Dan Kennedy’s tone of voice.”
“Create 3 marketing emails.”
Then edit from there.
The person editing it DOES have to have a mediocre knowledge for email copy (EMAIL COPY - not sales page, social media, or carrier pigeon copy).
Don’t just throw it at a VA or keep it as is.
But that’s it.
Get it 95% of the way there before any editing is done.
Enjoy the non-prickly mojito.
