- Do you mail the cards for the customers?
No
- Do you need to check their identification? If so, what qualifies
Any valid government ID with a photo
- Are there regulations with fingerprinting?
Technchally no, anyone can do it but California is the only state that requires a rolling application which is easily completed through their PDF
