What are your biggest challenges as new aspiring facilitators?

Understanding that acquiring clients IS still one of the biggest challenges when starting a career as a facilitator, I am curious about the other challenges you face for those just entering the facilitation career, particularly those of you who specialize in remote facilitation.

As I mentioned in the introduction area, I entered the facilitation role by accident, so I am not familiar with the struggles of intentionally pursuing this path, especially given that it has been over 10 years since I started.

My business is now entering a new chapter where growth depends on partnering with new facilitators. However, I am unsure how to create a partnership program that will appeal to new aspiring facilitators.

Getting clients is obviously still the greatest challenge for any venture, not just for remote facilitators. But I'm curious about what your biggest challenges are starting out, and how you are overcoming them.
