Facilitating 15 tables each with 10 people :-/
Hi, I have quite a challenge. I’ve been invited to a sales conference at my company, and the organizer has asked if I could help run a workshop. At one point, all 150 participants will be split into 15 tables, with 10 participants at each table, and they will spend about an hour brainstorming various ideas. I don’t have any prior experience with workshops like this. However, I’ve facilitated the Lightning Decision Jam by AJ&Smart more than 10 times. I need something simple, as the idea is for me to walk around the tables, give some advice, suggest a technique, but it’s not intended for everyone to follow a single technique. Please help me 🙏.
