Aloha guys, it's been a rough couple years for me, in 2022, I & my buddy were evicted from our apartment due to the landlord simply no longer wanting to rent to us so he can get more money in some other method. This was after we transformed his junk yard into a food forest where I had raised over 250 muscovy ducks, a bunch of rabbits & chickens. We were relegated to living with our dogs in my buddy's pickup truck with a pop up tent. This kind of lifestyle (especially on maui) is incredibly draining. So my yoga practice went on hold. Betwixt then to now, I had also endured a sabotaged homesteading experience which almost cost me my life as the woman I was helping set up her homestead attacked me (her & her two mastiff bitches). So more physical, emotional & psychological set backs.
After landing this caretaker position, which also brought with it more physical assaults (& loss of life from one of my sheep) and legal problems from violent meth heads & fentanyl addicts, I was able to come to a somewhat equilibrium that permitted some relief that the turmoil of living on the road brings with it.
I spent an inordinate amount of time on instagram "doom scrolling", feeling that all of humanity was circling the drain & feeling hopeless as I watched the numbers of died suddenly sharply increase & the majority of the population choosing obliviousness over reality & proactivity.
Then Sebastian's profile came across my feed and I saw information which resonated with me, a spark of hope was kindled, there was signs of intelligent life out there! Then he came up with this group & I find myself having information to share with others (yourselves) who express an interest in my knowledge base and life experience! I felt refreshed, as though a cool ocean wave washed over me on a blistering summer day, cooling the angst in my soul.
NOW, I am practicing yoga again, as where I had once lost inspiration, I found inspiration in similarly minded souls seeking truth & answers to the insanity that is the "accepted narratives" within society.
So, with all that said, I am sharing with you a link to my GDrive, where I am uploading a series of yoga routines that I have found to be beneficial. I have spent roughly 20 years practicing a wide range of yoga & these videos are an example of many of the different kinds of practice I have enjoyed. So I hope you check them out and try them and I hope to hear how you have felt about your own experience within the practices.
I highly recommend the Gurumuhk Kundalini & the Chakra Yoga sessions, they are both challenging for everyone & yet attainable for everyone (my body is glowing from having done the kundalini session yesterday).
Due to connecting to the web via a strained satellite link, I shall be slowly trickling in more yoga sessions as the bandwidth permit.
Mahalo
Namaste
Aloha
