I love being outside this time of the year. I can putter in my gardens all day & all evening, BUT with HOT 🥵 weather it is not an option. By 1-2:00 i have to retreat to the house. Then I find myself reaching for snacks. I’m pretty good at choosing fruit or veggies but by evening I’m reaching for salty, carbs because I’m bored.
What is everyone else doing to curb the boredom snacking?
