Unlock the Ren and Du Energy Meridians!
These stretches should be guided by the hands and breath! It involves very little mind intent! Try not to think as thinking itself can restrict breath and blood flow!
Remember while holding the stretch, continuous breathing in the nose and out the mouth, is the key to opening up the energy meridians! 3 seconds in and 3 seconds out is something we can aim for to find balance!
