The past 2 days was devastating

I hope I will be still able to recover my Starkey wallet. Supra would have been my first private sale for 2024 that would have launched, I was excited learning everyday, I could not update my Starkey wallet because of my Testnet that could not be updated the reason for that is my phone which I downloaded my Starkey wallet is not compatible. I tried to send the info to a later version but on that device it allso said the app is not compatible for that phone but on that same phone I downloaded Starkey I could and sign in with the right seedphrase but then it created a new supra wallet address. I thought at first it was the wrong seed phrase but luckily I split my recovery phrase on 3 different places on my phone and it was exactly the same seed phrase I wrote down so I logged a incident with Starkey wallet support to assist me with switching the Starkey wallet from Testnet to Mainnet if you never updated your Starkey wallet you will create a new wallet even though it is your right seed phrase. Just letting everyone know that is sitting with the same problem I allso came across on this article that explain why your seedphrase is not working although it's the right one it because your wallet is still in Testnet please find the attached file that explain everything is
