OOOF!!!
I'm on a call with Alex Hormozi right now, and he just said this: If you need accountability, you may as well give up because you are going to fail!
He gave this analogy: To start smoking or any other addictive vice, you don't need an accountability buddy - you put that cigarette or doughnut (or whatever vice) in your mouth over and over with no help at all.
No one needed to hold your hand.
You got good at it.
Then you need an accountability coach to quit to get fit or work on your business with an absolute focus... What happens after you stop having your coach or accountability buddy?
What do you think? Do you agree or does that make you feel any kind of way????
