See if you can catch the correlation between lifestyle and self belief
Me, 5 years ago, was hesitant to even try new foods or treats, it felt risky. It felt like it was a waste if I didn't end up liking it. As if I should've known, somehow!
Until I learned that it's actually just an experience where I'm learning about myself. I won't end up experiencing a fullness of life if I don't even try things to find out I don't like them. It's not a waste of money or time. It's valuable insight. I'm going to acknowledge the value that this is. I'm worth learning about.
