Configurations
Out of curiosity i wanted to know what kind of configurations are you guys running on your machines, film, powder, pass settings eclotion etc and how are they working out.
Ill start.
Double coated hot peal film
High pigment chinese inks, lubricated
Course white powder
6 pass
Strong A eclotion (similar to a custom 90%)
The film is great especially for in house jobs, color density is less than the cold peal films, eclotion helps use run longer print runs without fear of banding, 6 pass quality os a little grainy but gives us a quicker print speed. The inks i have been happy with so far.
