3. Clarified Problems
3.1.1. Frustrated that some of the managers who report to me are coasting along, and not performing. I cannot talk to them patiently.
3.1.2. I have high attrition in my team. I am ashamed that I have the highest number of people who are leaving the company.
3.1.3. I was only able to deliver 50% of what was expected of me.
3.1.4. I am having a hard time with my new boss. I cannot keep up with his expectations.
3.1.5. I didn’t focus on something that was super important because of requests, tasks pulling me in all directions and am now cramming to finish it way delayed and getting shit from the CEO.
3.1.6. Afraid/hesitant about speaking up in Management meetings for fear of being embarrassed. Baka magkamali ako ng sagot.
3.1.7. Merong catch up pla, pero ganoon pa din.
3.1.8. Alam naman nila ang gagawin pero delayed pa din, negative manhours, kinain na ang savings, etc.
3.1.9. Pabago bago ang top management decisions. Karapatan naman nila iyon pero hindi ako makahabol. Ayaw naman nilang ma-delay ang project.
3.1.10. Overwhelmed. Dumami ang clients, but we don’t have enough people. Ubos oras ko sa irate clients.
3.1.11. Inaaral ko pa ang new role. Di ko alam kung anong gagawin, or where to start.
3.1.12. Hindi ko natutukan ang team leads ko. Puro meetings.
3.1.13. Paano ko imo-motivate ang team ko. Daming meetings.
3.1.14. Inconsistent performance to teams.
3.1.15. Hindi confident si Boss sa akin.
3.1.16. Hindi nararamdaman ang Team Leads ko sa site/property.
3.1.17. Hindi sinusunod ang checklists.
3.1.18. Hindi pinapansin ang mga bagong tech. Hindi inaaral. Hindi ginagamit.
3.1.19. Maraming hindi ma-computer.
3.1.20. People are resigning. Slow to replace – hindi kaya ng nililipat lang ang mga tao from finishing projects.
3.1.21. Kulang na kulang sa tao. Ang tagal mag-recruit ng HR.
3.1.22. For compliance lang yung IDPs.
3.1.23. I am stressed. I bring the stress home. Sagot pa rin ako ng sagot ng Viber kahait nasa bahay na ako. Everything is always urgent. Pagod na pagod when I get home.
3.1.24. Ubos sa meetings ang linggo ko.
3.1.25. How to be patient in teaching people the same thing over and over?
3.1.26. No sense of urgency ang mga managers ko.
3.1.27. Napapanaginipan ko ang work. Nagigising in the middle of the night. Mabigat sa loob.
3.1.28. Walang Sistema sa…. Chaotic, unclear implementation of the plans.
3.1.29. Hindi ginagawa ng mga tao ang toka nila.
3.1.30. Ang dami kong kulang… (feeling not enough)
