Was thinking about leadership….there are many definitions but here is one:
effective leadership is channeling the controlled attention of those in you collaborate with, centering it on a definite purpose, backing it by their intentional action, helping them think correctly, and giving them a deeper motive that empowers the entire process. If you dont get to somebody's core, you wont be effective. Athenticity !
