Ok, I am doing a task in calculating NSP. What the hell is that? Well... let me tell ya as I am learning more on the business side of metrics.
NPS (Net Promoter Score)• Detractors, or respondents who answer with a 0 to 6.• Passives, or respondents who answer with a 7 or 8.• Promoters, or respondents who answer with a 9 or 10.NPS = Percentage of promoters - Percentage of detractors
So, please answer two question honestly.
