On the Hunt
This week I've met 4 awesome people in the local tech industry, with another coming this evening. None of these have led to an opportunity, but it feels good to have conversations with professional developers and understand what they're talking about when they talk about their position.
After having these conversations there's no doubt that all of us are overprepared to start working in this industry, and there's no reason we shouldn't walk into interviews like we're hot shit.
Also, I feel lucky to develop on a team that pushes me to be better every day.
