Array Methods - .map exercises

i was introduced to this method during a bootcamp I attended and was completely lost. I feel like I have a much better grasp on it now... hopefully. Posting these exercises to get some feedback; just want to make sure that i'm writing efficient code 👍🏼 thanks! 😊
