gm everyone , quick question , how do people on here execute there trades, Do you use trading on its own or do you use trading view to find set ups and execute on another platform, I m starting to transition from demo to live and just need some advice thank you I advance.

Was just wondering, what’s the best way about doing my research with this website you’ve provided. Should I just write down everything and keep going over it to the point where if someone asked me about etfs, bonds, stocks etc I would be able to confidently answer the question?

Hi All my name is Pete and I am new to the group, Stumbled upon the podcast/wiki, thanks @Tyler Stokes for creating this space and taking part in community dedicated to helping traders in their beginning pursuits. I was drawn to trading after leaving my 9-5 to study it full time in an attempt to create a work from home lifestyle. While exploring career options stocks and trading kept popping up and decided to take a course, not really conscious of the fact it was mostly centered around a community doing crypto based trading. I am feeling uncomfortable with the VPN/Legal/sticky aspects of the crypto world, but have learned some amazing strategies over the course of the past few weeks. Do I stay the course in crypto or reevaluate another option?? Would love to know your thoughts and feedback.

“Money required to open a trade” = margin Is the payment to enter the trade, gone and you have to make it back, meaning double it to make a profit or is it just an amount required to be in your account in order to enter the trader meaning it doesn’t go anywhere it remains in you account regardless if you win or lose the in the trade? I don’t know if that makes sense, if someone can explain a bit on that, and if my question doesn’t make sense I can clarify

Hey there. I’m still working on signing up for my paper account and having a hard time finding the answer to a question. I am an American citizen living in Turkey. We have about nine months left here, will go to the US for 8 to 12 months, And then we are headed to Moscow . When I’m signing up, what do I put for country? I read through quite a bit of the FAQ and tried to pull up the link for countries where accounts were allowed, but couldn’t find a very straightforward answer. I worry that using a VPN could cause confusion with the site and cause problems with my account. Thoughts?
