I'll be getting clients for lead gen / nurture services in "high-ticket" interior renovations niche and I need to sort out easiest way to collect their feedback after they meet and "quote" my leads.
Also couple side-topics too. 馃槄
So my process looks like this:
- get leads from forms / funnel -> reach out to them with phone ( qualify them )
- pass all lead info to client ( then I need to verify If he really called them back in time period they picked ) - also here I was thinking If phone system like OpenPhone is a good idea for my customers - this could allow me to track their timings and quality of follow-ups, listening back to their calls with prospects ( to see if they are not saying some crazy things etc. )
- then client should get back to me with info If he booked them or not so I can move them to "booked" workflow ( calendar reminders and follow-up process ) or to nurture them later ( would be perfect to make some automation for this too, for example in HighLevel and allow my client to inform me through app or text template )
- after going to lead's place - client should let me know how it goes If he closed, quoted him or not at all ( would be great to also have some way of reminding me about their meeting, and client to remember to let me know about result )
It is a bit chaotic but my main concerns are:
- how to seamlessly automate as much as possible this feedback flow with my client
- how to minimalize/eliminate chance for client to lie about him closing lead or reporting lower closed job price than he did.
- should I use OpenPhone or there are better alternatives / also cheaper than 30$ a month ( having in mind that their app is pretty basic, and client should be okay with using it to work through my leads + call recording + access to their texts exchange ).
