My banker at Regions Bank put me on this play. Careful when applying:
-Only select auto loan, or home repairs. They do not verify either, for example, car title, etc.
-Choose low-risk industries like consulting, e-commerce, management, etc
-Profession or title, avoid putting owner or self-employed.
-I used 120k for annual income
-Credit score was a major factor. 745 plus works well
-Money deposits into your checking account in 48hrs
-Initially, I only applied for 25K and resubmitted and asked for 40K. They can go up to 70k, but will not let you reapply more than two times back to back. Get it right the first time.
