DSCR LOANS

Hey guys , my company was just approved to give out DSRC Loans .
I can assist & fund in any state except the following (AZ , CA , ID , IA , MI , MN , NV , ND , OR , SD , UT , VD)
These are (DSCR) “ Business Purpose Loans”. Used for investment properties. No income qualification, minimum 640 credit score required, 10% down payment in liquid ( bitcoin accepted ) 85% LTV . Minimum borrow amount 100k -Max 3.5Mill . I’m unlicensed in the states mentioned above but can loan in any other state in the US .
