Even though our 3-week Sprint in Monetize *officially* kicks off Monday October 23rd, so many of our members are already getting to work on their communities and paid products!
In case you missed it, we're doing this fun "sprint" together and anyone who launches either a free community or paid digital product with us in Monetize before the deadline, we'll promote you to our audience (just in time for Black Friday!).
So how *exactly* would you go about launching a free community or paid offer in just 3 weeks? Let me show you.
⭐ There’s 2 paths our members can take for this Sprint.
- You can choose to launch a free community (my Creator Party community is an example)
- OR you can choose to launch a paid offer - either a one-time purchase digital product or a subscription-style offer for recurring revenue.
Either way, you’ve got everything you need inside Monetize to make it happen!
If you're launching a free community with us for the Sprint, here's what your 3 week timeline would look like:
Week 1: Design Your Community
- Come up with an idea or theme for your free community
- Decide who your community is for
- Outline what you will include inside: free trainings, bonuses, incentives that unlock, etc
Week 2: Set Up Your Group
- Use the checklists and templates to set up your community
- Create graphics and write copy with our examples
- Set up key features like Member Questions and auto-DMs to welcome people
Week 3: Prepare to Promote
- Publish some posts in your group before anyone joins
- Invite your current customers or clients into your group first, using our email templates
- Write an email and social posts inviting your followers into your community
- Prepare a plan to promote your community following our training
We give you the templates, resources, checklists and training to make it simple!
If you're launching a *paid* offer like a subscription or digital product for the Sprint, here's what your 3 week timeline would look like:
Week 1: Design Your Paid Offer
- Choose whether you are launching a paid one-time purchase product or a paid community (subscription) with our helpful overview trainings
- Get clear on your ideal "champagne" client
- Decide what your offer will include and what the price will be (we give you tons of ideas and examples)
- Outline your offer, based on which type of offer you’ve chosen (Subscription or Digital Product)
Week 2: Set Up Your Paid Community or Product
- Use the checklists and templates to set up your paid community
- Create graphics and copy for paid community
- Upload your content or product into Skool following the migration tutorial
Week 3: Prepare to Launch
- Create an enticing About Page or sales page for your paid offer
- Write an email sequence and social posts for the launch following the templates
- Share 1-2 pieces of pre-launch content teasing your paid offer from the suggested themes
Then once you’ve created and prepped everything, you will submit your link to us and we will promote your free or paid offer in our blog post (which we will share via email, social media and in the Creator Party group!).
My goal is to give my amazing members visibility to their businesses.
Are you joining us for the Sprint, so I can promote your free group or paid offer to my audience before Black Friday?
Here’s how the Sprint works:
✅ You join Monetize, where you will create + prepare to launch either a free group or paid offer (subscription or one-time purchase digital product) in about 3 weeks, using our step-by-step tools, templates, checklists, and trainings that make it as simple as possible ✅ You will submit a link to your offer to be included in a blog post that will be promoted to our audience (there’s a deadline to submit your link by). We welcome both B2C and B2B offers!
✅ I will promote that post to my email list, on social media, and in the Creator Party community (thousands of people combined, an audience with a variety of interests)
The 3-week sprint *officially* kicks off October 23rd in the Monetize community.
However, the sooner you join, the more time you will have to get your free or paid offer put together and prepped - so I recommend you start now.
Thank you to our sponsor and partner, Skool, for making this possible!
