Intro
Hi everyone - my name is Adam and I'm based North of Boston, MA. Been in real estate investing for 5 years and have 10 properties that are buy/hold today - mixture of STR, LTR. Have background in sales/marketing. Joined this to add another arm to the business for immediate cash flow. Looking forward to learning and connecting with others.
