How to get around responsible party in 25-mile radius?

Anyone found a way around this without hiring a property manager in-market of course?

"Name, phone number, address and email of the person that will be the responsible party for the short term rental operation. The responsible party must reside within a 25 mile radius of the subject property."

We will not reside in the market we are hoping to operate so the 25-mile radius requirement may prevent us from going there. 😔 Not sure I've heard anything creative in dealing with this in any of the training so perhaps it's just what it is and we need to pursue a different market but thought I'd check here first.
