Hi all— In the past when I was looking to hire someone, I always ended up having prospects all over, you might have been there too.
I spent some time working on it last week, and here's a simple way to solve it:
1. Create an online form on an app (Google Forms, Microsoft, Typeform)
2. Include questions for all needed information like contact details, email, portfolio, years of experience, specialization, etc)
3. Use an existing template for style (or create your own)
4. Set up to list the responses on a Google sheet or your desired database
5. Finally, share the form link in groups, communities
6. Now you have an organized list of prospects, it also works for future service hiring
I'm using Make to automate these steps, additionally, a further step can be added to send an email to schedule a meeting with a candidate
