Community Engagement Tip!
I want to share something I have discovered in the community-building game.
"MICRO-CHALLENGES".
Nothing brings more engagement and life in the community than launching your micro-challenges; "supporting each other move towards a specific result."
I started a "30-day YouTube challenge" in our community, and I am amazed to see people taking action and others supporting them along the way.
This is inspiring for me as there are only 84 people in the tribe, and I don't accept most applications that don't align with community values.
Next, I might promote challenges as a lead magnet for the community. Any thoughts on this?
