$500 Million Mastermind—Raw and Synthesized Notes

The week before Andrew Kirby (650,000 subs on YouTube) posted some behind-the-scenes material of a recent mastermind of successful YouTubers and entrepreneurs. He posted a video (which I recently posted about) and written notes from the event (which I'm linking to in this post).

Super curious to get your thoughts if you decide to look at the notes below. We had some interesting discussions last week on the video in the group here.

The notes contain all sorts of insights, strategies, and tactics to run a YouTube channel (thumbnail design, etc).
