We are going to work on three core components of visualisation for manifesting the reality you've always dreamed of. Remember, visualisation alone isn't enough to create transformationโ it's a component that is supported by attitude, decision, and commitment!

These 14 days are your opportunity to cultivate the habits that will help you thrive and transform your dreams into your reality. ๐ฑโจ Rome wasnโt built in a day and so your reality will change with repetition and consistently having: the right attitude, embodying your goal (visualisation mixed with feelings and emotions and commitment to taking action.

EXAMPLE VISUALISATION PARAGRAPH
When writing your visualisation paragraph, make sure that it is always in the present tense i.e. I am, I have, it is. Bob Proctor suggests a great paragraph set up by using "I am so happy and grateful now that...."
So a full example might be:
Short
I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities, through multiple sources on a continuous basis.
Long (bear in mind that you will be writing it out 3 times every morning).
