I’m currently reading Super Attractor and saved this pivoting process in my phone. I just wanted to share it with you all :)
Whenever you have a negative thought:
- Notice The Thought- How do I feel right now? Write it down in your LOA journal or notes app in your phone.
- Forgive the Thought- Say/pray to the Universe/Source: “Thank you for revealing to me what I don’t want so that I can clarify what I do want.”
- Choose Again- What is the best feeling thought I can find right now? Then ask the Universe to guide you toward that thought. Say: “Thank you, Universe, for guiding my thoughts toward good-feeling emotions”. Remember you’re seeking the next best feeling- not perfection.
