Healthy Breakfasts - Tallinn MV Supercoach Summit 2024
Just back from a weekend trip I attended for the SuperCoach Summit. This was my regular breakfast at the hotel and I loved it!
Never really had salads, veggies or smoked salmon for breakfast (except small quantity of veggies sprinkled in omelettes).
Additional, a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee. It helped keep my energy levels up with all the walking I did there.
