Thoughts on skool community as lead magnet for products?

We see a LOT of talk about Free -> Service/coaching

Have we seen many communities for lead magnets for products?

Basically, I'm thinking one of the few ways I can actually monetize is products (the problem I'm solving is fun things to do for couples. No couples will buy coaching, custom date plans, or a premium community for elite ideas or more ideas, trust me I've been trying to monetize this for months)

I'm thinking:

Free community: unlimited free dates/challenges/hobby ideas for couples

PLUS a course module explaining different products we have:

>Customized "adventure book"

>Customized "coupons"

yada yada products that already sell well
