This could look a lot better - Posting videos

I think posting videos is an amazing way for members to really connect with eachother. And in my community of influencers and brands , it's really key to upload videos and get feedback. But they look like this. And need to be downloaded to be opened.

It doesn't look good or provide an easy / connective experience for members.

Can we have an option to simply upload from camera roll and bam the video is there to play?

The wistia and youtube link think doesn't make sense for members.
